At Ananta Trust, we deeply value the trust, generosity, and support of our donors. This Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and clarity regarding donations made towards our women welfare and social development initiatives.
Full Refund: If a donation has been made unintentionally or due to an incorrect amount, a full refund request may be submitted within 3 working days from the date of transaction.
Partial Refund: In case of duplicate payments or partial errors, donors may request a partial refund by sharing transaction details. Each request will be reviewed individually.
Non-Refundable Donations: Once a donation has been allocated or utilized for women welfare programs, awareness campaigns, or operational costs, it becomes non-refundable.
Donations made towards specific events, campaigns, or programs are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only if the event is cancelled by Ananta Trust or if a payment error is reported within 3 working days.
Donors enrolled in recurring donation plans may cancel or modify their contribution by notifying us at least 5 working days prior to the next scheduled deduction. Any deductions already processed may not be eligible for refund.
In situations such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions affecting campaigns or events, Ananta Trust may offer donors the option to transfer their contribution to a future initiative or process a refund, at the organization’s discretion.
